Introduction to Course 201…How to Read Stock Charts
Thanks for taking Learn Investing 200 Level Stock Courses. In this course
you will learn just about everything there is to know about stock price charts.
We are going to start off with the basics like The Parts of the Charts and what
each tick represents on the data lines. If this confuses you right now then do
not worry. In the next section, Open, High, Low and Close (OHLC) Exposed we will
explain everything. Right now though, I just wanted to point out a few features
of this course to you. Whenever we make a reference to another topic in this
course, or any other 200 level stock course, we will put a link to it. It will
be a different color, probably blue, and it will be underlined. That means if
you want to go back and review this topic you can click on the hyperlink, the
underlined blue word, and it will take you directly to that lesson. This makes
it very easy to go back and refresh what you just learned or to jump ahead and
catch a glimpse of something that particularly interests you.
You can also move to the next lesson or the previous lesson by clicking
on the appropriate link at the bottom of each page. This will allow you to read
the entire course straight through. I recommend that you read through the course
straight through on your first reading to get an overview of everything that you
will learn. Then go back and read it again. The second time read it for mastery.
